What is the HOPE Center and Why Should I Join?

The HOPE Center (HOPE Online Practical Equpping Center) is a protected library of resources and member services designed to help you excel in each of four key areas so that you can Stay Close to God and Do Life Well.

We build on these key values by providing articles, discussions, training materials, tips, short Bible studies, and in general, refreshing encouragement within a password-protected environment. Although we offer free weekly tips to anyone (see above link for our free e-newsletter), there are more than a dozen benefits to taking the step to become a member of the site.

These benefits include:

YOU name the price: Our "voluntary payment" system allows you to join for whatever amount you want. This allows us to welcome anyone as a member--those with little means, and those who can share quite a bit. Although we are not a non-profit, we are in the business of ministering. HOPE provides part of our income, and we pay taxes, running our business with integrity. Your payment is not tax-deductible, but helps keep HOPE going while allowing you to enjoy many privileges.

Lifetime Membership: Your voluntary payment gives you full privileges for the life of our website! No further payment is ever required. Members are occasionally, and tastefully, encouraged to give another voluntary payment as they feel led to express appreciation to the site and especially if they share the resources with non-members on an occasional basis.

Automatic contribution of 15% of your membership payment to HOPE Center's sponsored charity, the Miracle Hill Renewal Center. Every month, we donate 15% of all membership-based receipts to this charity designed to help women with life-dominating issues return to a spiritually mature, productive life.

Monthly H2O - HOPE to Others Initiatives: Each month, we suggest a reasonable, easy, fresh new way you can tangibly bring hope to others in your community and life. You can optionally report back to us, so we can share how hope is being spread throughout the country!

Articles: FULL access to a large number (well over 100) of HOPE Unlimited articles/resources. We add and/or feature articles monthly, equivalent to the number you would receive in a decent-size monthly newsletter.

Convenient Media Resources: Short videos, audio clips, pictures, recommended links and more are conveniently placed on the member's page. Some of the elements are available publicly, but are conveniently provided (and archived) for easy retrieval by members.

Daily Scripture Prayers: Pray through the Bible every 30 days with these Scripture based prayers that change daily.

Sharing Privileges: We allow members to share up to six articles per year (excluding Beth's book) with non-members (including small groups), without having to obtain permission for use of this copyrighted material.

Conversations Over Coffee: Using email and/or other discussion venues, Beth Beutler hosts short-term discussion groups on topics such as a particular book of the Bible, a helpful life or business book, or general discussion questions designed to help you grow. Occasional "live" discussions may be hosted in Greenville, SC or other locations if a group desires.

Free copy of Beth's Book: Members have a link to the full manuscript to Beth Beutler's book, Time Management, Jesus Way. They are allowed to print this for their own use/study/devotional life. (Non-members must order the hardcopy or ebook via our marketplace.) This book normally sells for $6.99 via download or $16 for hardcopy including shipping.)

Basic Personality Assessment: Designed by us, this usually sells for $5.99 per person, but is free to privileged members.

Financial Personality Assessment: A fun, non-scientific but enlightening assessment of why you handle money the way you do.

Extensive Personality Assessment: $20 discount on our extensive DISC (personality) assessment service (non-member fee for assessment is $80, for members, $60.) To take advantage of this, you must contact Beth directly to request this discount (it is not automatically applied if ordered through the marketplace so she will give you a particular code to use.)
